I support organisations in developing employee wellbeing initiatives, facilitating reflective groups, leadership development and support, workshop facilitation, conflict resolution and any services or agendas which you may wish to develop around mental health and wellbeing.
I also provide organisational strategy, structure, research consultancy, change management and project planning services. My work is about facilitating the continual development of people and organisations.

I focus on supporting athlete wellbeing and mentality, working collaboratively with you to help your performance and life to flow. This allows your technical and physical training to integrate with your balanced mind, on and off the field.
I also work with sports teams, coaches and managers, utilising a range of practices to understand how the systemic structure of their team operates and how it can be optimised.
